How do I sign up for Pawtai?
Follow the five simple steps below to sign up for Pawtai:

What is the difference between Create and Join?
If you have been invited to a Pawtai, choose Join a Pawtai. If you are creating a Pawtai for the first time, choose Create a Pawtai.
Can I join a Pawtai without the Pawtai ID?
No, you must request the Pawtai ID from a member in order to join the Pawtai. You are unable to join a Pawtai without a Pawtai ID.
How do I sign up for Pawtai Messenger?
Create an account on Pawtai (see “How do I sign up for Pawtai?”) and you will automatically have access to Pawtai Messenger.
What value does Pawtai Messenger provide?
Pawtai Messenger enables you to communicate with members of your Pawtai quickly and in a visually intuitive fashion.
What are some examples of ways my Pawtai can use Pawtai Messenger?
Pawtai Messenger is great for keeping Pawtai members in-the-loop on upcoming appointments, tracking input/output routines and coordinating responsibilities such as feeding.
How do I use Pawtai Messenger?
Simply write or dictate your message in the “Let’s Pawtai...” box and click the button to the right.
How do I make emojis like 💩 or 🥘 appear in my feed?
Pawtai Messenger visualizes key information in your messages for members of your Pawtai to see. A message like “Cato went #2” will result in [poo] being displayed. For a full list of visualized keywords, please see below. New keywords and visualizations are added as Pawtai learns what’s important to you.

What is a Pawtai?
A Pawtai is a group of people and an animal. Similar to packs with canines, a Pawtai consists of an Alpha (who created the Pawtai), an animal (who the Pawtai is for) and zero-to-many members (who join the Pawtai).
How do I create a Pawtai?
Sign up for Pawtai (see “How do I sign up for Pawtai?”) and select “Create” after setting up your username and password. You will be prompted to enter your Pet’s name to create the Pawtai for.
How do I join a Pawtai?
Sign up for Pawtai (see “How do I sign up for Pawtai?”) and select “Join” after setting up your username and password. You will be prompted to enter your Pawtai ID to join the Pawtai.
Can I add multiple animals to my Pawtai?
At this time, no. Each Pawtai is limited to one animal. This is subject to change in the future dependent on feedback (see “How do I share feedback about Pawtai?”) from the Pawtai community.
Can people join my Pawtai without my permission?
No, only people with your Pawtai code can join your Pawtai.
How do I add someone to my Pawtai?
Share your Pawtai code with the person. Once they sign up for a Pawtai account they will select “Join” and enter your Pawtai ID to join your Pawtai.
How do I find my Pawtai ID?
On your Feed, click the hamburger on the top left. Your Pawtai ID will be listed in
How do I remove someone from my Pawtai?
At this time you cannot remove someone from your Pawtai. If someone has joined your Pawtai without your permission, please contact support@pawtai.com.
